3. Avoid clothing that further elevate itching and irritation of the C-section scar until healing is complete for few months. You can try different underwear and pants that are way above the scar lesion and make sure the incision site is kept clean and dry.
4. Any numbness or senselessness in and around the area of C-section should be reported to to your physician and treated to avoid further complications.

Length of C-section scar
Once the scar is fully healed it can measure up to four to six inches long and possibly varies depending on the incision placement and requirement of the lengthy incision to give an easy passage to your baby.
